Nafs ( Breath in Arabic ) is a blend of essential oils that are renowned to aid with breathing difficulties, nasal congestion and chest complications. Using the highly beneficial properties of Costus Root Oil, that has been mentioned in the Hadiths of Thibbun Nabawi.
Imam Ibn Al Qayyim said that Quds is also very beneficial for illnesses relating to breathing and the chest - pleurisy (a type of painful infection of the lining of the lungs), asthma, heaviness in the chest (breathing difficulties) and it helps to reduce thirst. It also helps remove freckles, fade scars and helps to control skin discolouration on the face and the chest which results from pregnancy or malnutrition.
Quds contains helicene and benzoic acid, both of which are substances that kill germs, hence the benefit in the treatment of infections and inflammations.
Essential oils, including eucalyptus and peppermint oils, may help open the airways and ease congestion. The combination of peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil increases cognitive performance and has a muscle-relaxing and mentally relaxing effect.

How To Use:
Drip 1-3 droplets onto palm, rub and inhale deeply whenever required.
Drip 5-7 droplets onto carrier oils, such as olive or jojoba to use as a massage oil.
Suitable for generic diffusers usage.

Take note not to take orally.
Apply topically suitably. Advised to use this oil with a carrier oil, as essential oils require dilution and should not be applied directly.
