Introduction to Self-Ruqyah (Ruqyah Mandiri) – Foundational Certification Program

This foundational course introduces learners to the authentic practice of Ruqyah Syar’iyyah—spiritual healing grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah. Designed for absolute beginners, the program offers comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to empower Muslims to diagnose, manage, and protect themselves from spiritual afflictions through self-application of ruqyah. Delivered over four intensive weeks via live Zoom sessions, this certification course covers the theological, diagnostic, and applied aspects of ruqyah. Participants will learn about the different forms of afflictions—such as ayn (evil eye), sihr (magic), hasad (envy), and jinn interference—and how to address them using prescribed Qur’anic verses, authentic du’a, and structured routines rooted in tawheed and Islamic ethics. Each module includes guided learning, reflection exercises, practical demonstrations, and assessment checkpoints. Participants will be equipped with self-diagnostic tools, ruqyah recitation techniques, and a long-term protection strategy through daily adhkar, lifestyle adjustments, and spiritual discipline. By the end of the course, learners will not only have clarity on spiritual healing according to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah, but will also possess the confidence to implement self-ruqyah safely, responsibly, and consistently as a daily practice—becoming spiritually resilient individuals prepared to navigate modern challenges with the light of the Qur’an.
